Long Beach, Jervis Bay

Jervis Bay is also famed for the whiteness of its sand. Long Beach, where the boat dropped us, is roughly 2km in length with gorgeous rock pools and formations at its tip. Despite the apparent isolation of the setting, for some reason the Beecroft Weapons Range, which - scarily - is open to the public, is just beyond the sand dunes. So keep your head down and don't yell "Bear".
