Pan-fried turnip cake
Reminds me of hash browns, but made of yam. The pieces are really soft and literally fall apart in your mouth. Unfortunately, they’re a little bland for my taste and lacking in crispiness (though some might find the softness as a positive). It’s still a strong dish, but just conspicuously not on par with the breathtaking excellence of everything else.
