Chee cheong fun
The chee cheong fun to rule all other chee cheong funs. There’s generous amount of meat within the soft glutinous wraps. And its lively, vivacious flavor contrasts with the usual blandness of chee cheong fun dishes (at least the ones I’ve tried – and oh, I’ve tried many). Good stuff.
