Another homerun. This is glorious stuff – the tender shrimp enthusiastically yields to your teeth. What you get is an explosion of freshness and flavor. That’s the key thing that differentiates it from other ha jiao I’ve tried in the past – this one was, for lack of a better term, lively. “Fresh” certainly deserves its place in the title.
