Absolutely splendid! This is OMG-territory, really. Without a doubt, my favorite dish of the entire meal. The soft pastry surrounding the BBQ pork (char siew) comes apart very quickly (and nicely) in your mouth. Then your palate is rewarded with exceptionally succulent meat. The pastry is slightly sweet and so it jives very well with the (similarly sweet) char siew inside. A must-try if you visit the restaurant.
