You can’t visit Hong Kong and not have Dim Sum somewhere in the city. Hong Kong Dim Sum is of course exceptionally acclaimed and is an inspiration for Dim Sum served all around the world – even here in Malaysia.
During my visit to Hong Kong, I had the privilege of dining at one of Hong Kong’s most well-regarded Dim Sum restaurants – Tim Ho Wan. To give you an idea of its popularity, this 1-Star Michelin restaurant serves about 2,000 customers per day during the weekends.
