Soy Sauce Chicken

The chicken’s taste is a delicate cross between salty and slightly sweet. Overall, it’s a strong, abundantly tasteful dish. I wouldn’t call it the best. Not the sort of dish that would floor you with amazement. But perhaps that’s because I had the crab before this, and this will always play second fiddle that wonderfully decadent crustacean who stole my heart in Hong Kong.

Anyway, that’s it. I only got to try two dishes. But if you’re in Hong Kong, I’d highly recommend a visit to The Chairman. It’s a great place – nice, cozy environment – and serves one helluva crab.
