Here’s a close-up of the snake pieces from the previous dish. Yes, it rather looks like intestines from a methodically disemboweled creature. But fear not, it actually tastes (far) better than it looks. I’m the most squeamish person I know. So if I can eat this, you’ll definitely survive.

Be very careful, the snake meat contains a kind of worm that cannot be killed under high heat. It stayed beneath your skin and you will feel itchy most of the time. Worst case is your skin will start to scale patchely. Be careful.
