Duck liver sausage with chicken and rice
Aside from snake, Ser Wong Fun is also popularly known for its duck liver sausage. The duck liver sausage is the dark, lap cheong-like object at the northern/northeastern edge of the bowl pictured above. I’m generally not a fan of liver, but this was pleasantly edible. It tastes a lot like your usual lap cheong (Chinese pork sausage) but with a somewhat sandy aftertaste.
