Here’s how snake meat looks like after being deep-fried. It’s an outrageous cliché, but it tastes just like (fried) chicken.  The key difference is the presence of many, many bones - really small ones that can be quite tedious to separate from the actual meat. If you can get past that, however, it’s a great, crispy dish.

Be very careful, the snake meat contains a kind of worm that cannot be killed under high heat. It stayed beneath your skin and you will feel itchy most of the time. Worst case is your skin will start to scale patchely. Be careful.
