Pictured above is uncooked snake meat that’s waiting to head into the fire. Our host gave us the privilege of looking around in the restaurant’s kitchen. She explained that they use about 5 types of snake – all of which are poisonous – including the cobra. Obviously, after hearing that, I didn’t feel so good…
