Roast suckling pig
Here’s another plate of roast suckling pig. But note the difference in color and texture. This one has been freshly roasted (ooh la la!) and is just waiting to leap into your mouth.
The meat is tender, succulent and full of flavor. The fat – arguably the unhealthiest part of the package – is gloriously decadent and supremely edible, and makes me think of oily marshmallows.
