One of the most celebrated (and extraordinarily decadent) Chinese dishes is the roast suckling pig (obviously non-halal). Be warned - regular consumption puts you right on track to a heart attack. Still, few can resist the thrill of its distinctive crisp and flavorful succulence. No surprise, it’s a smash hit with gluttons.

So in search of the perfect pig, we head to Long Kee restaurant – right on Hong Kong’s main (or central island). This modestly-sized restaurant is well known for its quality pig and finding a table (or seat) can be quite a challenge. If you come during peak hours, be prepared to wait.
