Back in 2010, Kevin Spacey's acclaimed Old Vic Theatre acquired some disused railway vaults tucked beneath Waterloo Station, just south of the Thames. Since then, it has become one of the most exciting performance spaces in London, showcasing innovative productions, perfomances and installations. Among its more high profile events have been the premiere of artist Banksy's Exit through the Gift Shop film and a reading of a new short story by visionary comic book artist Alan Moore.
